Persol Group has about 38,000 employees across the globe, and provide a comprehensive range of human resource services including temporary staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing.
Background of Installation
In 2017, Persol Group decided to install an LMS to manage/provide e-learning for their 38,000 employees group-wide, and they wanted to choose the best LMS in the world.

They considered installing a flexible LMS that can manage e-learning for many people, and also cover various needs that each group company / department may have.

Persol Group has more than 30,000 employees, and updates of personnel information due to transfer and retirement occur on a daily basis. They have been manually linking personnel information with learning data, but by integrating personnel data with Coursebase's API, it reduced workload for maintenance.
