Company B was seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) that could flexibly meet the following requirements for managing employee training across their entire group, including affiliated companies.
- Enable system department to manage training for the entire group
- Establish independent training management environments for each affiliate companies, enabling respective training managers to manage their own training
- Capable of integrating with their core HR system and external learning platforms
By implementing Coursebase, the company was able to achieve the following.
✓ By utilizing the group function, they became able to control the scope of management for each training managers, while simultaneously enabling the implementation of all-employee trainings.
✓ By integrating their internal HR core system with Coursebase via API, they became able to automate user updates (registration/deletion, addition/removal from groups, etc.), thereby achieving improved convenience and reduced workload.
✓ By integrating Coursebase with external learning platforms, they became able to allow users access learning platforms directly from Coursebase, and reference enrollment data from those learning platforms, which has enhanced convenience.
